      You can tell when a company is top heavy with management

      Pros

      You could make a decent living on there performance pay plan.

      Cons

      Safelite's switching to a customer survey based pay plan. Every where you go companies want customers to fill out a survey. Who has that much time to sit around and fill out surveys? People who are pissed off! This has gotten to be an incredibly stressful company to work for.

      Pros

      Training and tools provided. Tech's were all easy to get along with. Mistakes are not deducted from your pay. Van and phone to use cost free.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about anything but a warm body in a van earning them money. Bonuses are hyped up, but very hard to get. Weekly meetings required for all who fall below expectations, which included about 99% of all Tech's. Management will say anything, true or not to pacify employees. Customers are treated like royalty, while Tech's take the blame for anything the customer claims. Management will not have your back and will throw you under the bus for anything they want. Bait and switch tactics used on employees is how I sum up this greedy employer.

      Pros

      Safelite provides a company car as well as gasoline only to and from work.

      Cons

      Management is degrading and at times verbally abusive. Management has a mentality that Safelite comes first, second and third in your life. Car is equipped with a devise to know your location, speed, stops and starts at traffic lights and such.
