      At least they train you.

      Pros

      They train you and give you a vehicle you have to pay a small amount for. Good place to get a foot in the industry. They promote from within and never from outside. Some of the best route planners in the industry.

      Cons

      They work you. You are going to work 10 hour days 5 to 6 days a week. You are going to be putting out a lot of fires that the shop or insurance company started. Pay stagnant until you get good. Steep learning curve.
