      Pros

      It's pretty formulated, a job you can do well once learned.

      Cons

      They will Ghost you. You will not be fired, you will not be laid off, you will be Ghosted, they just will not answer you any longer. I was given good feedback and good review that I was doing well for months and then nothing. I called, emailed, forever. Never had that before or after. Hard to explain to your next Employer, they won't believe you, had the hardest time finding the next job. Stay clear, just don't apply.
