      12-15 dollars an hour, you get to sit

      they lie when they say moving up is easy people constantly calling because they don't hire enough people that stay. they like to hand out finals before bonuses come so you don't get one

      Good Intentions, Poor Execution

      Pros

      The company offers great benefit packages and plenty of solitude. They offer bonuses on top of hourly pay based on customer surveys and job completion rates. Since they try to hire from within the current employee pool there is opportunity for advancement. The company as a whole has wonderful intentions for their employees.

      Cons

      They will try to work you around the clock during the busy season. They hire on a 10-2 basis meaning that there is a possibility of a two month layoff each year. The values of the corporation are not upheld in every location. They also claim to have an "open door" policy but that is not the case. Go to management about an issue and not only will every shop in the region know who said what but the issue will not be resolved. In most cases it leads to more problems.
