      Pay weekly Bonuses every month if hit the trifecta Bonus for surveys and low cst take vans home Work phone Great manager Great co worker Ppp is great but could be better 401k/good benefits I am experience tech since day 1 Aprox 9 month and had make aprox 39,000$ + in those months...

      6-8 jobs before 8-12am To many reschedule because the company dont allow us to used better tools when we have smash/cave in windshield.... Most of the new trainees dont know how take windshield out old fashion way an it has to be reschedule to another tech...

      You could make a decent living on there performance pay plan.

      Cons

      Safelite's switching to a customer survey based pay plan. Every where you go companies want customers to fill out a survey. Who has that much time to sit around and fill out surveys? People who are pissed off! This has gotten to be an incredibly stressful company to work for.
