      Decent company to work for with benefits pay etc.

      Cons

      Arrogant upper management to a fault..... Lack of actual sales managers instead report to operations who knew nothing about sales.... Size of company has lead to left hand not knowing what right hand is doing. No upward mobility as a Area Sales Manager

      I love the company but getting full time is absolutely impossible to get. It is also a commission based job which the commission is also impossible to get. My job coach is absolutely amazing and the new manager is really cool. Theres nothing wrong with the company really, I just can't afford to be part time.
