      Pros

      They have great employees that give 100%. They try to help and look out for one another.

      Cons

      Management over works and under pays employees. They hire you on as part time, work you full time hours and don't give your benefits. A lot of the managers also played favorites with their employees.

      Lots of room for growth, not a complicated position.

      Cons

      Never know when full time will open up, everyone has to start part time unless you are a Spanish speaker.

      Many hours to pick up for overtime

      Cons

      Just a person in the seat. Look forward to fire rather than hiring. Just want to keep hiring and not working with good people. They get quota from government to hire. They don't want to pay benefits so they would rather keep employees for short time.
