Training was fun and continuous. Steve was the best trainer I ever had at any job. The pay is good and this company really cares about their employees. This company is a family & when you work there you're part of a family. There was always something fun going on in the call center for the employees & staff, Team meetings were always motivational & coaching was not only to help you with sales but to allow you to be heard in regards to your outlook in regards to how you feel & where you'd like to be in the company. If you get this job KEEP IT!!!
