      Good company that is unfortunately at the mercy of its investors

      Good pay The company will provide you with practically any tool you need Encourages teamwork During good weather is extremely enjoyable and rewarding

      Cons

      Different types of management gives you different (often contradictory) expectations. The company as a whole does not respect the weather and how it affects a windshield installation. Due to insurance contracts, technicians are at the mercy of schedule overrides and overbooks. Poor pay for management leads to high management turnover and high stress. Current payscale (implemented around 2022) revolves around two 6-month periods in which technician statistics and numbers may end up in demotion, which means pay is decreased. The company over the past 3 years has been trying to go public, which in turn makes them focus on profits over quality, as they have to appease investors. The bureaucracy of this company makes it impossible to reach someone who can give you an answer for a question regarding company policies.

      Poor interview practices

      Pros

      Standard auto industry mindset which is not great.

      Cons

      Went through multiple levels of interviews for a GM position. Continued to move on to the next level interview, final with VP. Post interview there was zero follow up of any kind. Poor levels of professionalism and follow through which is unfortunate but does speak loudly of their corporate culture.
