      Pros

      Good company that offers numerous chances for advancement. I worked for Safelite for over 15 years and was promoted 5 times. Great Associates and most of them really do care about the company. Good benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Safelite is a great example of a company that states it is all about its associates, but truly only cares about bottom line profits. The upper management is disengaged form the field and only cares about advancing their own careers. Turnover on the field level is extremely high. For most parts, just a "good-old boy" mentality.

      Pros

      The pay is decent and the managers really are there to help. They give you a lot of chances. Very nice environment.

      Cons

      Limited amount of hours and there is no paid PTO for part time employees which stinks. They still give you time off though.
