Pros
If you are one that likes to work on your own and still meet new people this a great position. Good people to work with in the shop.
Cons
Leadership does not seem keen on keeping employees happy. They work you hard in the busy season, which is not a problem but it does not seem to be enough. There is another way to earn a better compensation but it all depends on how much work you can get done and if you are in a rural area you would be hard pressed to ever come close to making it.
