      decent hours , can work full time or part time, good people to work with , air conditioned bilding

      Cons

      can't work up easily , you are big brothered and they watch and monitor everything you do . They don't listen to criticism

      Pros

      I enjoy having a manager go to to about things. Enjoy having the opportunity to work over time. I love how we have quarterly and annual bonuses.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to get full time. It's hard to excel with the company. They hire people that just got out of school and have no respect for anyone.

      Its nice when you have a good route.

      The add ons, rain days, winter outside. Drive 30mins between jobs because the other shops over book.
