      Pros

      Good base pay, good benefits, management is nice, at least in Chandler, Arizona where I was located. Good location, Its the perfect job for a young person looking to get a decent paycheck while going to school. They will help pay for school in some instances.

      Cons

      It is fairly hard to make commission unless you work really really hard, even then the payout is not great. Management will write you up for not meeting numbers, so you need to be careful.

      Pros

      National Company, people know us and ask for us.

      Cons

      Management that has lost control of its employees. Employees do terminal offenses and are not fired, not they know they can do anything they want and are out of control. I have never seen a company so mismanaged before. They walk around bragging about how Safelite is stupid and that they use horrible programs from their old company and it makes them look good.
