      Pros

      Working here started out great but as the company got larger it was no longer the same place.

      Cons

      Too many supervisors, too many checks and balances, you could not focus on actually doing your job because you have to worry about all of the numbers you had to reach.

      Pros

      I really enjoy the constantly changing work environment. It is great to have the support of a great team and know that we all work together for the most part very well and to actually get annual reviews.

      Cons

      I think sometimes to many people focus on stupid things and forget how great it is to have a very stable job working for a fast growing company,.. There is always going to be challenges and it is all about participating in the outcome...

      Pros

      It's good pay for a call center position. The management is relatable. If you put forth the effort, there are opportunities for promotions. This is a great job for a people person.

      Cons

      You really do need to make sure you get to work and log in on time. They are pretty strict about clocking in even one minute late.
