      Pros

      Decent Pay when work is manageable. Get to meet some nice co-workers. Great training program. Tools given to you. Tips from some customers.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is horrible. Some of the upper management push you to take shortcuts. Workload is unpredictable day to day. Would have you work 7 days if they could. Set strict rules without notice and without choice. Favoritism for the commission based work.
