Pros

Excellent second job for many with no work to bring home. If you enjoy helping people and not working too hard, this could be the place for you. Hiring practices encourage diversity. Twenty-four hour shifts mean that flexible scheduling is possible.

Cons

Current practice is to hire as many people as possible rather than offer overtime or other incentives for current employees. This has cut many peoples' take home pay by thousands of dollars versus last year! Communication between the two buildings is sporadic at best, leaving Schrock Road often scrambling to figure out the latest changes. Equipment maintenance and upgrades are rare.
