Pros

WFH set up with great benefits including home office budget, wellness funds and regular “treats” from senior leadership. Rewarding work within team-oriented company culture that is creative, responsive and collaborative. CEO and COO are strong. Both listen and consider ideas and challenge you to grow, to better yourself. I’ve learned a lot from both!

Cons

Growth always has “growing pains” and there are some here with duties, P&Ps and communication channels evolving. New programs and products are trialed and occasionally cut - also part of growth - unfortunately resulting in related downsizing.
