The senior management team doesn’t care at all about employees. Poor communication, lack of direction and preparation for meetings, regular gaslighting.

While I deeply admire SafelyYou’s mission and the positive impact they aim to have in the healthcare space, my experience as a candidate was frustrating and disappointing. I went through 7 interviews and completed a lengthy project, only to face long gaps in communication, an uncommunicated role change to a downgraded version with lower pay yet almost identical job duties, and ultimately, a generic rejection email with no feedback. Despite being told I was a top candidate, the process was drawn out over several months with no transparency or respect for my time. After investing so much, a personalized response or brief conversation would have gone a long way. I hope SafelyYou takes steps to improve their candidate experience—it should reflect the empathy and care they promote in their mission.
