      Passionate, mission driven, innovative, inclusive, open door policy, great culture, high company growth, compassionate teammates, room for your own voice, several opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Typical cons you have in a start-up. If you're not passionate about improving care for seniors, flexible with industry growing pains and can't easily adapt to change and this wouldn't be the right company for you.

      Pros

      The mission is clear and every team member cares about serving the vulnerable population of seniors with cognitive impairment. When something isn’t working, there is quick effort to fix it. There are a lot of smart, talented, inspiring leaders that I have learned a lot from. I feel that the leadership team genuinely cares about our common goals and also about me as a person.

      Cons

      Startup life is not for everyone. It’s fast paced and things can change as the company adapts to changing times.
