Salary is on the high end but they do that to compensate for a vile work culture
Cons
They have lost 5 business analyst in 3 months for a reason. The culture is vile. They have a grossly incompetent manager who is unable to guide himself talk less of a team. The culture is rooted in bullying and misogyny. Extremely poor communication across the team, they shout at you for asking questions, there's zero handover when you start the job and they are too lazy to provide it. I have never worked in a more toxic environment. They literally have a retention team because people keep leaving. They expect you to work on weekends and outside your working hours without any additional pay.
