Nice people at the branches. Lots of training. Company car.

Cons

Salary is not competitive. Your work isn't valued as much as it should be. Corporate red tape is absurd. They care more about the optics of caring about their employees more than they actually care about their employees. Antiquated systems and expectations. Expect more work year after year but raises are impossible to come by.

Some of the best people I’ve met work here. Opportunity for promotion after 6months. Good benefits options for families and individuals. Overtime available weekends and when busy.

Cons

Lack of follow up on concerns at times in the past, signs of improvement recently.
