Pros

Company vehicle gas card good benefits. Fair pay and commission. The comp plan was hard to understand but when the chips were down I felt properly compensated for my work.

Cons

2 lines of management to answer to. Sales management and ops management. This caused confusion with who to ask and who had what authority.

Long hours, no pay raises ever, very rarely have a full staff, medical is worse than Obamacare
