There are no pros. This place is awful.
Cons
Lack of experience from the supervisors and workers makes this place a horrible work environment. You'll spend hours "troubleshooting issues" because the company doesn't even have a procedure for completing the buildings. I swear, every single day I walked in there, it felt like it was everyone else's first time in a shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
