Work from home. Decent pay. Benefits. Opportunities to get promoted.

Cons

Understaffed for workload in my opinion. Because there are not enough people it is extremely stressful. Often times there is no one available for consult because everyone is on the phone, which causes clients to get frustrated and phones to get backed up even more. There is also and extreme lack of diversity in this company.
