Good Company to work for

First assistant manager trainee

Pros

The people are great, most work as a team. Great management support in my experience. The pay is above average in the management sector.

Cons

It was tough watching people shoplift and not being able to do anything about it. The police rarely respond to shoplifting calls. Split days off can be tough to get used to.
