Pros

Can be a good "first job" for young person just entering the workplace.

Cons

Poorly trained management, HR not knowing HR policy and leadership, chronic understaffing with management not knowing how to best utilize the talent(s) of the staff available. Have to jump through hoops to gain full time status, but only if management likes you!

Pros

When the store is not busy, the job is pretty chill. You get to chat with customers and the courtesy clerks.

Cons

Not much control over your hours. Occasionally customers are rude or give you a hard time. Items without barcodes can be quite annoying.
