Pros

The managers are professional, the pay is good. Safeway did a hazard pay aka an extra $3/hour for working during covid. They took the covid precautions seriously and it was a pleasant working experience overall.

Cons

No overtime, they don't like when you work overtime so they rarely schedule you over 40 hours
