      Pros

      friendly pharmacy staff and colleagues at most of the stores.

      Cons

      Very stressful, old fashioned scheduling system. Stressful and frustrating as floaters and not so much opportunities to stay in one location

      Pros

      - Patients are more willing to wait compared to a Walgreens or CVS, due to the pharmacy being in a grocery store. - Management was understanding and willing to help you grow. - You get a discount card to shop at the grocery portion of the store. - The team was great and when staffed appropriately we worked as a well oiled machine.

      Cons

      - Understaffed at times. As a student I would go in to work and most of the time it would just be the pharmacist working alone. They would be stressed and running around.
