Pros
- Pay could be worse I guess? - Most of your coworkers and direct managers are pretty relaxed and easy to get along with - Extra discounts are good for some things
Cons
- Pay...honestly in Washington it's just not enough and this place will run you into the ground if you're not careful - Saying that upper management is terrible would be a vast understatement. Seriously, they pretend to care but they will completely screw you on pay, hours, and anything else they can get away with. The SD should be replaced. He's completely useless and relies on everyone else to get things done. - Complaints aren't taken seriously. Could be a union thing, I don't know and I don't particularly care, it still sucks. - The health insurance plan is trash. I pay less out of pocket for my medication than through my insurance plan. - High turnover rate, probably because the list of issues above.
