      If you get recognized, your loved. If you fall under suspicion lead by rumors, everything is then nit picked. Fine, especially if you have nothing to hide.Unfortunately Mitsy in HR, Denver has her own following....

      a ton of lies, two faced coworkers, broken promises to employees, all around not a good place to work unless you've been there 100 yrs and brown nose the right managment

      Pros

      The people I work with are a lot of fun! It's a very fast paced environment and I never find myself bored. There is a lot of opportunities to move around in the company as far as the store level goes.

      Cons

      One word. Management. It's nearly impossible to communicate with them. The pressure that corporate puts on management is so intense that it trickles down to how store management treats their employees. Unrealistic expectations, rarely any praise for doing a good job, but very quick to point out flaws in work performance. If you can cut it, the benefits are good and the coworkers are usually fun, but good luck with management
