Pros

I worked there full time for almost 10 years. For the first 3 years or so, it wasn't so bad. Management was fair, and I learned some valuable job skills.

Cons

Oooooh boy. Management are a bunch of sociopaths. If they don't like you for some mysterious reason known only to them(personal reasons, usually. If it's work related, they'll talk to you about it) they're going to go out of their way to make sure that you have the most miserable and humiliating work experience possible just to make you quit. Can't work a certain day of the week because you have school? Too bad, you're being scheduled to work anyway. Not "buddies" with the right managers? Well prepare to be harassed, picked on, have your paycheck sent 90 miles away, and be transferred to a store a hundred miles from your house. Because of the harassment from this company, I'm now in massive credit card debt due to travel expenses, got evicted, almost lost my car, and was so stressed out on the job that the anxiety is permanent. Worst part is...I can't even sue them because what they did to me, and what they're still doing to employees, either can't be proved or is technically legal. Immoral and evil? Oh yes.

Pros

This is the worst place that you can possibly work. I am very open minded but do not appreciate being treated like a slave. The amount that the union takes is INSANE and the way that the employees and managers treat each other is absurd. No pros, honestly

Pros

There is an on campus cafeteria (food is decent there), there is a company sponsored retirement plan, great location in Pleasanton, on site fitness center, and on site health center.

Cons

Salary compensation is not very competitive unless you're an external hire, promotions are based on who you know within the company (forget about getting an interview for an internal posting unless you had personally reached out to senior leadership in that department, regardless of skills and qualifications), certain long time employees (think 20+ years at the company) look down upon other newer employees, and the good ol' boy culture.
