      This company is okay to work for, poor management.

      Pros

      The extra dollar per hour on Sundays was a nice bonus, and the flexible hours was good as a college student. The company has good values for diversity.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges here were the lack of respect between staff and their managers. Also, the lack of staff created an issue of one person doing the work of two or three people but still getting close to minimum wage.

      The shift I worked always worked as a team. From the meat department to the front end, we all worked together.

      Disbutes between co workers that were younger than me.

      Not worth it with the new contract.

      Pros

      This was my first job, so I've learned a lot from the company about sales and managing. If your lucky, co-workers will become friends, and it make the job easier.

      Cons

      I'm on the new contract, so the raises there are horrible. I've been there 3 and half years and only made a dollar extra since I started there (the raise happened in increments).
