      Good team. Opportunities to move up - I worked in deli and as a cashier before this position.

      You get store discount for being an employee

      You work 7.5 to 8 hours a day, barely incentives for night Crew people other than store discount. Corporate doesn't care about their employees and will punish their employees regardless of employees being the "backbone" of their company. They will run you to the ground and drain you mentally and physically, and then they will gaslight you if something comes up on their end or if management is having "a bad day". The union is a joke and not a true union at all. All it comes down to is money for corporate and management. They'll cut hours of their employees if they are chasing bonuses/maximizing their profits.

      The workers are very friendly and the managers are very flexible and understanding in all asks someone could ask.

      Cons

      Trying to work my way up the corporate ladder seems almost impossible due to when a position opens up, someone transfers from a different location to take the spot that opened up.
