      Pros

      Since the store is open 24 hours a day, the schedule is very flexible. Decent employment benefits, Easy to transfer within departments and get promoted.

      Cons

      Management takes themselves way to seriously and commonly talked down to many of the lower employees. The dress code is unusually strongly enforced.

      Pros

      Large company with lots of scope and scale to work in. Hires from with in. Promotes good values.

      Cons

      Very poorly managed at the top. IT group has weak management that does not know what it is doing and wastes money. Blame shifting and politics everywhere. Internal network of time servers protect each oher over doing the right thing. Large disconnect between what it says and what it does A marketing company, over a delivery company, it is now about selling ideas that sound good but can't deliver. Many fake efforts just going through the motions..

      Pros

      Good steady work. If you are flexible and want a chance to advance to management, good company to move up fast with, if you make it known.

      Cons

      Hours for employees have been cut way back for some reason. Only 2 checkers maybe 3 at best. Nobody really wants to work anymore because of all the unnescessary crap we have to deal with. No baggers anymore, stores are always a mess, and turnover rate in management is starting to become very noticeable. Leadership is not like it used to be and payroll is always messed up along with requested days off. Write ups hardly ever happen except if you are an order witer.
