Pros

No pros, the most toxic place I've ever worked. Every day I wake up and revel in the fact I don't have to work here any more.

Cons

Management literally does not care at all about your safety or ability to be successful at your job. My last manager broke food safety codes daily and walked away from us while the fryer was catching on fire. She didn't care because she was on her way to go see her affair partner in the back room. Impossible and contradictory standards. They remind you every day that you're replaceable and worthless. $0.10 raises yearly if you're the best employee in your department. They will always believe customers over you even if the customer is blatantly lying about you. Don't get stuck here, there is no career track for new contract employees. They'll fire old contract employees before retirement anyways. Management is retaliatory and evil.
