Schedules are not flexible as they advertise. Management is not only condescending but refuse to do anything.

They’re pay structure is based on hours worked rather than experience. New hires come in stating they have experience and get a high starting pay, but don’t last probation due to insufficient work put out. Meanwhile people who have been there for years are fighting to get even a dollar raise. It doesn’t matter how good of a worker you are, you will get paid what the company wants to pay you.
