      - chill when the store wasn't busy - not micro-managed; as long as I finished my bookkeeping responsibilities for the day no one really came to check up me, i frequently arrived to my morning shift 20-30 minutes late and it didn't make a difference lol - freedom to move around the store as i please, not confined to my work area, literally went on so many bathroom breaks without having to ask for permission

      - stressful when busy because not only do you have to do bookkeeper duties, you also have to help customers with lotto/western union/money orders/returns etc - constantly called to go cashiering when it was extra busy therefore leaving no one at the customer service booth - basically could never call out, i only called out once after having been in a car accident (i was unharmed but was mentally shaken up) and even then my manager was reluctant; there was no one to take over my shift if i ever called out - to add to the previous statement, was left to take over another coworker's work who called out every week and that was my last straw
