Its worth working at Safeway (Albertsons Group of Companies)

● They giving benefits even though i'm still part time. My manager was very considerate and Patience ● so many branches, you can choose ofcourse the most nearest to your house when applying for a job
Cons
To be honest, as of today, im working there for a atleast a month and a half, i cant see any flaws of/from Safeway Management or in their System's Practice... each Department were led by a Manager that w/c i believe they also came from. Same Department as crew or the so ccalled assistant level. And they got promoted in the process. That is also a huge plus factor of SAFEWAY. as to my opinion, a Company that promotes emlloyees from within is a Company that has a veey positive character , a compassionate corporation. That's why almost all the. Employees that i've talked to, they were very calm, relaxed and easy to go aling with. When employers are doin the right thing. The employees Also will reciprocate that. Good deed. In a few words, SAFEWAY iS THE BEST!
