      However, they didn't provide a chance to advance my position after I had proven myself and my capabilities. They discharged me for a policy violation, without knowing it was a violation.

      The first 10 years were the Best.

      Pros

      The first 10 years were great, I worked in both the NorCal division, back stage in Accounting and in PHX division in Gilbert. I worked with many hard working, by the book co-workers and managers, in different stores. Even though I worked crazy hours it did not bother me, I knew I was there to help my customers.

      Cons

      The last Six years were not as good I worked in a store in the PHX division that was outside of PHX in the mountains. Because of this they did not rotate the store manager out every two years like they do in the valley stores. He had his favorites and there was nothing you could do even when it was proved that there was a problem.
