Could be a little hectic at times when there is not enough help scheduled, especially during the busy times.

As night crew you don't work a 10-6 job like some would think. Instead if your new they work you 2am to 10am. Plus you have to stay around 2 more hours if the store hasn't been faced. If you don't stay repeatedly they will kick to to a different department without telling you anything. Most likely to courtesy clerk which is the lowest/worst job in the store. Pushing carts, bagging rude customers groceries and cleaning the entire store every hour. It doest matter how much experience you have they start you at minumum wage. I had 3 years and still am at minimum wage. Management is all about themselves sorry to say that but its true. And the thing that did it for me was the micro managing.
