      OK pay + lazy workers + horrible management = Too Many Headaches

      Pros

      The benefits are good. There's a union, but that only benefits people who receive a lot of disciplinary actions.

      Cons

      Managers consistently try to steal hours from departments (but maybe that's learned from corporate). As far as the bakery is concerned, you have to deal with lazy coworkers, a lot of call-outs, and work not completed. Not a team atmosphere. If you are good at your job, you are expected to pick up the slack for someone who isn't.
