Pros

Training is easy to understand and follow. Flexible hours for a high school student. The managers weren't afraid to get dirty and do the job with you if needed (collecting carts etc.)/they didn't ask you do something they couldn't do.

Cons

Lot of politics going on within the employees/managers. Hard to get more hours. Wasn't trained when I turned 18 and could use the equipment.

Pros

Working environment, co-workers, flexibility in work hours, awesome boss

Cons

24/7 operation, low morale in stores, constant turnover, a lot of employees who don't care about the company and are just there to collect a paycheck, low education level among many

Don't do it

Pros

This place has a high salary but the work is still more than the pay is worth. I love being a Technician but I am not treated with the respect I deserve from my current company.

Cons

It is extremely draining, there is always way more work to do than can be done and even when you are doing your best it just doesn't seem to be enough in a rural area.
