      Pros

      Good Pay (Once your "training" is finally over), an OK place to start a career i guess. One of the few some what stable form of retail right now

      Cons

      Insane, Predatory secret shopper program. any possible advancement is bogged down by months of procedure. The company shuffles management around far too often, which doesn't allow the staff and management to build a relationship

      Pros

      travel a lot, maybe work 4-5 hours a day and drive 2-3. Installations have supporting docs and can usually get a hold of somebody if you have issues. Work days most of the time. No overtime. Lot's of holidays.

      Cons

      The pay is low for the position and area. Healthcare etc benefits are expensive. A lot of store managers are jerks. Stores are incredibly dirty.

      Pros

      The employees help create a fun working environment. They have a lot of young people in their staff which kept it entertaining.

      Cons

      This was the true definition of clock work and power in management. Some people are satisfied with just doing what they are told to do on the clock and nothing extra.
