Pros

Team work, good environment , handling things by my ownself, serving food accuracy. People like choosing food that I made.

Cons

Too limited of time for preparing food, and too rush from kitchen readily stage to serving area within two to three hours . No body help to work on replacing food re-refilled.

Uptight Management

Pros

The only good thing is that if you stay long enough, you know how to work around management and their arbitrary rules. Coworkers usually make the job. It isn't bad if you are starting out or have recently moved here.

Cons

Schedule requirements as a student can be a headache as they require 16 hours and a fairly open availability. At the time of writing this, tension between union and top management makes it difficult to be loyal to a company whose current goal is the bottom line and much less about treatment of employees.

Pros

Get to experience making coffee for customers.

Cons

Treat you like a robot does not respect you in anyway. Hired you just so they could get arid of the unwanted.
