Pros

Benefits are okay. Scheduling can be flexible.

Cons

Heavy restrictions on scheduling means that many stores are understaffed these days. Corporate only looking at the numbers and not getting a feel for what's going on at store-level.

Pros

Benefits and pay seemed decent for the hours given.

Cons

You will not receive real training for your job. Your manager will plop you into one position, tell you to get to work with full expectation of knowing what to do, will scurry off and be unavailable to consult for help, and leave you helpless. They will mislead you by telling you that your first day of training will be "computer training" only to put you to full proper work without necessary information or ability to ask for elaboration.

Pros

customers, product prices and co-workers

Cons

cuts long time employee hours to 24 spread out over 4 days so employee cannot even get a second job to make up for income loss. hires new workers at minimum wage to give your lost hours to so that hopefully you will quit.
