Pros
The management is very nice and flexible when it comes to school and work. They are black and white when it comes to rules and performance. There isn't a grey area to them, but they don't try and make you feel bad about any mistakes in stead, they let you know why it is important to do the things you do right the first time. I worked with some companies before where management can have their head up their asses,but the ones I am working with, have done time with the company and understand the daily stresses that come with life and will work with anyone that needs the help.
Cons
The pay is pretty low compared to some other companies. The hours can be a bit long, going to midnight shifts.
