Pros

They are a large company; so they will pay you on-time every time. that being said; you better keep track of your hours if they don't have a sign-in/sign-out machine..

Cons

Where to start. The work environment is lackluster, most other employees are either constantly depressed; or complaining about something, or they are (no offense to them) too dumb to know they are being treated horribly. I have to BEG, if not argue, in order to get any LEGALLY REQUIRED breaks. Pay is horrendous starting out; and you shouldn't have to wait until the 2nd Thursday to get paid the first time; when you first start out a job; (especially one like this) you are already hurting financially; I can imagine that the turnover is pretty bad considering this information...

Pros

None. This company has no perks whatsoever.

Cons

This company is backwards. The movie Office Space shows exactly how this company is run. You have to dress up every day, constant reporting to human resources (i.e. one employee hugged another in congrats on pregnancy immediately reported to HR and demoted, one employee made little joke in meeting reported to HR and demoted). People are not happy here and there is constant friction because management is so horrific to its employees. Pathetic company and I was so glad to get out.

Pros

I got a lot of hours, which was nice, but they did seem to want to work me to death. It wasn't the worst ever, but it definitely wasn't the best.

Cons

No discount on food, get schedules only a week ahead of time, poor management, not considerate of when you want days off, wanted to work people to death, UNDERSTAFFED, and over-worked.
