They don't seem to understand that shareholder value does not provide a lot of motivation to employees. They do not work to retain talented employees and working on projects or with groups is a never-ending rotation of new faces. People leave just as soon as they get up to speed. Health benefits are below standard. Frequent back office layoffs have created a general unease and a culture of uncertainty. Nobody knows if they'll have a job in a year. Are we next? The pending merger does not do anything to quell those feelings.

Worst place I have worked in my 33 year work history. They expect one person to do the job of three, never give time to complete tasks. Corporate is very arrogant.
