The pay is so low. If the store is down on sales they will cut your hours which has caused so many people to struggle financially. Staffing is always short. Training is something you have to figure out. Networking with other Managers at other stores helps.

Every second of your shift you are on a timer. Move faster, get your numbers higher. Very stressful and there feels like no time to breathe. The inconsistent schedule. One day I might work 12:20pm- 9pm, the next day I might work 5am-1:30. The shifts are random and it is terribly difficult to keep track of. This is my biggest gripe about the job. I am exhausted all the time because many days there is less then 9 hours between my shifts. The pay is garbage. Everything in my area is offering 20-22, they offer 17.
