Good job out of high school. Pay is alright, not stressful except for the occasional rude employee.

Having to fill in for someone else. People call "sick" all the time.

Meeting new people, the customers are great because its near a neighborhood

Cons

Garbage union, would not care about you. Full of managers and supervisors bottom feeders Would not give you enough hours to get benefits, they only prioritize higher seniority . Full of gossiping , manipulative managers who can get away from bad things they do. They would push u to the limit of quitting and thats how they get away with their bullying behavior.
